Madagascar is a mysterious place that everyone has heard about, but few have visited. Join Geoff Carpentier who will explain the terrain, climate and most importantly the unique wildlife (from chameleons to strange mammals to incredible birds) and the difficult survival pressures that they face. Geoff Carpentier is a Naturalist, Writer, Columnist and Expedition Guide.  He studied Zoology and Biological Sciences at Guelph University and worked for over 33 years for The Canadian Ministry of the Environment. He has travelled the World, visiting 80 countries on all 7 continents. You may know him for columns on Nature in local papers and his work in magazines on Science and Nature. His previous presentations have earned many positive reviews!
